We are studying whether a small operating layer can make an independent Finnish lake house clear, cared for and culturally legible—without turning privacy into isolation or place into performance.
Preparation, not theatre
Before a future arrival, the useful work would be practical: access, heat, water, provisions, equipment, weather limits and one coherent plan.
The concept is deliberately quieter than a resort. Any human contact would be scheduled, purposeful and optional within the selected package.
A pilot before a portfolio
The current feasibility posture is a two-season pilot with two to five existing cottages. No operating portfolio, bookable stay or estate exists today.
